Job Summary We are Smoothlink Technologies Inc., a leading global eCommerce company with a strong presence across the US, Canada, and Europe, and offices in major cities worldwide. We are looking for a Customer Service & Retention Specialist who will handle all online customer inquiries and help drive repeat purchases through excellent service and engagement. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive timely support while also encouraging participation in our promotional and rewards programs. Whether you're a recent graduate or still completing your studies, if you're responsible and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you This position offers a 5-day work week with a shifting schedule, depending on operational needs. What You'll Do Respond promptly and professionally to all online customer inquiries through chat, email, or social media platforms. Provide accurate information regarding product usage, after‑sales support, promotions, and campaigns. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and engagement. Promote company campaigns, discounts, and rewards programs to increase customer retention. Gather and share customer feedback to help improve products and services. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to enhance the overall customer experience. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Excellent learning ability and willingness to understand new products and processes quickly. High patience and empathy when dealing with different customer personalities. Good logical thinking and sales‑oriented mindset — able to identify and create opportunities for customer conversion. Prior experience in online customer service, e‑commerce support, or sales support is an advantage. Proficient in using chat systems, CRM tools, or helpdesk platforms.
