Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing comprehensive fraud investigation strategies aligned with overall anti-fraud and security objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely reporting.
  • Managing team performance and delivering against key performance indicators.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and mitigate fraud risks.
  • Providing expertise on fraud risks for new product and service launches.
  • Maintaining and improving fraud investigation procedures and tools.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in digital forensics, fraud investigation, cybersecurity, or a related area within the financial technology (FinTech) industry.
  • Comprehensive experience and expertise in fraud prevention and anti-fraud and security programs, including the different technologies and processes that address fraud and security risks
  • Strong working knowledge of fraud & cyber risks, and its typologies, along with the emerging trends affecting fraud and financial crime
  • Expertise in digital forensics tools and techniques (e.g., forensic software, data recovery, malware analysis).
  • In-depth understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to fraud, data privacy (e.g., Data Privacy Act), and financial compliance.
