About the job Do you thrive in fast‑paced recruiting environments where every placement helps provide better care? At ClearDesk, you’ll build reliable, compassionate teams for U.S. healthcare clients. The Role You’ll screen and source candidates, manage interviews, and support background checks for roles ranging from RNs to caregivers. You’ll work closely with a U.S. client to hit hiring goals and maintain efficient workflows. Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers. Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via HelloHire or similar tools. Use platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach. Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines. Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards. Support document collection, license verification, and background checks. Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time‑to‑hire. Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency. Occasionally assist in recruiting for administrative roles when needed. Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role: 1+ years of recruitment experience. Recruitment experience in skilled and unskilled healthcare roles. Excellent phone communication, follow‑up, and closing skills. Proactive, self‑managed, multi‑tasking abilities. Creative sourcing using social media, job boards, and AI tools. Experience with CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics. Highly organized and detail‑oriented in compliance tasks.
