RESPONSIBILITIES § Responsible for completing the tasks assigned by the Senior Engineering Manager and Senior Engineer related to the design of Mechanical Utility Systems particularly for industrial and commercial building applications including estimation (i.e. quantity surveying and costing) of materials and labor required for potential projects as solicited by clients/customers during the bidding and tendering process. § Perform other relevant tasks assigned by superiors such as ocular site inspection for projects, attending meetings with clients/customers during bidding and tendering process for projects, preparing technical documentations or submittals for projects and supporting Value Engineering (VE) methods for projects to achieve the desired performance, functionality and quality while minimizing the costs. § Assisting the Project Execution Team in identifying the areas of concern and resolving difficulties, issues and problems to minimize project delays and avoid project cost overrun. § Liaising and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. Senior Management, Accounting Team, Purchasing Team, Project Execution Team, etc.) and external stakeholders (e.g. Sub-Contractors, Suppliers, etc.) to ensure that the work-related activities are performed in accordance with the company policy and standards. § Ensure that all the assigned tasks and other work-related activities are performed in an efficient, well-organized and timely manner according to priority and order as required using the available resources effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
