This role focuses on overseeing the execution of high-profile, creator-led campaigns, managing day-to-day relationships with top-tier clients, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

• Manage end-to-end account relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring their objectives are met with creative and impactful campaigns.
• Oversee the execution of multiple influencer and creator campaigns across Southeast Asia, delivering exceptional results.
• Work closely with creators and influencers to ensure seamless collaboration, meeting client expectations while respecting creative boundaries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, reports, and proactive solutions to challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, talent management, and campaign production, to deliver integrated campaign solutions.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining Amplify’s high standard of execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, creator economy developments, and platform updates (especially TikTok).
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams based on data and campaign performance analysis.
• Drive client retention through excellent service, proactive communication, and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.
• Maintain daily brand care by safeguarding the brand’s reputation, ensuring brand consistency, and addressing any client concerns promptly and effectively.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing roles within digital marketing, influencer marketing, or advertising—agency experience preferred.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager in the advertising and influencer marketing space.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and delivering outstanding client service.
• Strong track record of translating client briefs into effective campaign strategies that meet brand goals and deliver measurable results.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting updates, reports, and campaign insights to clients.
• Skilled in expectation management and problem-solving, with the ability to address client concerns and deliver solutions quickly and professionally.
• Comfortable working across internal teams (creative, production, talent, and strategy) to align client objectives with campaign execution.
• Experience delivering data-driven performance reports and post-campaign analysis, with clear recommendations for future improvements.
• Ability to educate and guide clients through the influencer marketing process, especially those new to the creator economy.
• Strong understanding of regional market trends, particularly within the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple client campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Non-Negotiable: Candidate must be willing to do onsite work 3x a week in Makati (2x work from home)
