Represent MCI in leadership and internal forums, proactively identifying opportunities to evolve research impact and stakeholder engagement. Oversee multiple complex research projects, integrating quantitative and qualitative insights into coherent strategies that support business goals. Ensure high-quality data storytelling and visualization, making insights clear, relevant, and decision-ready for senior audiences. Evaluate and adopt new technologies (digital tools, AI, process automation) to enhance research efficiency and quality. Oversee the delivery of key internal strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and measurable results. Manage a team of researchers, providing mentorship to strengthen research and analytical capability, client focus, and strategic communication skills. Collaborate with teams across multiple geographies, showcasing strong global exposure and cultural awareness. Apply strategic foresight and critical thinking, executive stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making and storytelling, people leadership, innovation and digital fluency, and operational discipline and execution excellence. Qualifications Relevant experience in market research, business intelligence, or strategic insights within a global or consulting environment. Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and managing senior stakeholders. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate research into strategic business outcomes.
