Job Description

  • Consolidates Risk Management Reports for senior management and audit committees.
  • Assists in validating and implementing risk treatment plans for top risks across divisions.
  • Supports the Chief Risk Officer in consulting on Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Insurance.
  • Helps operationalize ERM governance and conducts risk assessments through workshops and focus group discussions.
  • Assists in audit-related activities and ensures proper data collection for risk management audits.
  • Monitors emerging trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments relevant to risk management.
  • Manages insurance policy procurement, renewals, claims processing, and ensures compliance across divisions.
  • Supports business continuity planning, fraud management, and partners with internal and external resources.

The Successful Applicant

  • Enterprise Risk Manager interested to spearhead Risk Projects and develop strategy for the group
  • Proactive and strong communicator who genuinely enjoys working with dynamic stakeholders
  • Strong exposure in distribution, cash management, logisitics, field operations, manufacturing, backroom operations, etc.
