Responsibilities

  • Ensure that food safety policies are always observed inside the production area.
  • Maintain cleanliness of production area.
  • Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
  • Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition.
  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO is observed in the usage of raw materials.
  • Receiving of raw and packaging materials from warehouse
  • Inspection and labelling of packaging materials.
  • Monitoring of the production process.
  • Weighing and addition of wax during production.
  • Filling of finished product into packaging.
  • Assist QC staffs in inspection of finished goods.
  • Report any machinery issues to management
  • Turnover finished goods to warehouse
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all written and verbal instructions
  • Attend all safety and production training
  • Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
  • Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
  • Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and labeling
  • Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
  • Work cooperatively with the production team to meet goals
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
  • Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends
Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience working in food production is strongly preferred
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work
  • Must be available for nights and weekends/occasional overtime
  • Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
  • Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Work on the production with consistent speed and accuracy
  • Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
  • Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
  • Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends
