As our Chief Nursing Services Manager, you will take the helm of our nursing teams across multiple clinics—ensuring operational efficiency, clinical excellence, and patient-centered service delivery. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for people development, healthcare innovation, and performance management. You will oversee nursing operations, implement standards of care, and lead training and quality initiatives that keep our patient services exceptional. What You’ll Do Your daily responsibilities include: Oversees the entire nursing workforce across all primary care clinics Develops and enforces clinical protocols and nursing care standards Ensures appropriate nurse staffing and manages the Nurse Supervisors Leads patient safety initiatives and infection control compliance Coordinates nursing involvement in quality assurance and patient satisfaction programs Drives continuing professional development for the nursing team Acts as a liaison between medical director and nursing staff to align clinical care objectives Qualifications Education: Preferred: Graduate of BS Nursing with PRC license (RN) Master’s Degree or relevant post-graduate units in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or Public Health is an advantage Experience/Knowledge: Minimum 8 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role Experience in multi-site healthcare operations care preferred Background in staff training, auditing, or quality assurance an advantage Exposure to multi-site clinic operations is an advantage Strong grasp of DOH standards, nursing protocols, and clinical documentation practices Skilled in team leadership, conflict resolution, and staff coaching Excellent written and verbal communication Traits Strategic thinker with a heart for service Detail-oriented and results-driven Empathetic and approachable leader Able to lead in fast-paced, high-growth clinical environments What We Offer We offer competitive and meaningful benefits because we value our team: Guaranteed up to 15th Month Pay Quarterly Rice Subsidy Medicine Benefit HMO Coverage Life Insurance Convertible Leave Credits Next Steps: Required Application Form To be considered for this role please complete the following form: Note: Failure to fill out the form may result in your application not being considered for an interview.
