• Maintain and enhance cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
• Build, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve observability with logging and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Dynatrace, Azure and AWS services)
• Automate deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and scaling using IaC tools (Azure Resource Manager, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Ensure security best practices, compliance, and risk management across DevOps workflows
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance software deployment strategies and reduce downtime
• Support automated deployment of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response handling for production environments
• Demonstrate and model DevOps best practices
• Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and disaster recovery strategies and automation

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native tools
• Strong understanding of SDLC best practices, platforms, and tools
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying CI/CD automation and deployment strategies
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Infrastructure as Code
• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Argo)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools and techniques
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with incident response and management
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, FAST, etc.) and project delivery
• Financial services experience or familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) preferred
• Experience with serverless computing solutions (AWS Lambda/Fargate, Azure Functions/Container Apps) preferred
