We ship tools and strategies across crypto, FX, commodities, equities. We want a disciplined operator who can execute and think—someone who improves fills, spots venue issues, and suggests pragmatic overlays without cowboy risk.

Compensation

  • Base: $500 USD/month (contractor).
  • PnL Share: 5–10% of net trading PnL (after fees/slippage), monthly, high-water mark, no negative carry below $0.
  • Reliability stipend after probation for backup internet/power.

What you’ll do

  • Execute multi-asset signals across several venues with low slippage and strict risk compliance.
  • Optimize tactics: venue selection, limit laddering, partials, spread filters, microstructure-aware entries.
  • Track slippage vs model; propose tweaks that improve expectancy without raising tail risk.
  • Maintain meticulous journals & end-of-shift P&L with root-cause tags.
  • Collaborate with quants: rapid A/B toggles, sanity checks, suggest filters (e.g., spread, depth, volatility, time-of-day).

Must-haves

  • 2+ years live trading in two or more: crypto, FX, commodities, equities.
  • Proven risk discipline: daily loss stops, position limits, pause rules.
  • Strong venue literacy: MT5/CFD or futures/IBKR + one major crypto venue (order types, funding, fees).
  • Evidence of improving execution quality (lower bps slippage, better fill rates) in prior roles.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic scripting (Python) for quick analytics.
  • Experience running EU session solo; prior PnL-linked role.

KPIs

  • Execution accuracy (errors/100 orders).
  • Runbook/risk adherence.
  • Signal feedback quality (actionable, adopted ideas).
