Accountant (Accounts Receivable) - Night Shift We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance. This role requires working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate bookkeeping, financial analysis, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards. Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and expense reports. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting accuracy. Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks and provide support during audits. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting. Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi, SAP, or similar). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Willingness to work onsite and on a fixed night shift (8AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time) Preferred Skills Experience working with US-based clients or companies. Understanding of tax regulations and compliance standards. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Why Join Us?
