About the role About the role As the Cost Control Head at Arvin International Marketing Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the company's cost accounting practices and ensuring effective cost management across all business operations. This full-time position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila and plays a crucial strategic role in supporting the financial health and profitability of the organization. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing robust cost accounting systems and processes to track, analyze and report on all costs incurred by the business Preparing detailed cost reports and providing recommendations to senior management on cost optimization opportunities Collaborating with departments across the business to identify cost drivers and implement cost reduction strategies Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations related to cost accounting Mentoring and leading a team of cost accountants to build their capabilities and drive continuous improvement Evaluating the effectiveness of cost control measures and making adjustments as needed Providing strategic input on pricing, budgeting and forecasting based on cost analysis What we're looking for 8+ years of experience in a cost accounting or cost control role, preferably in the marketing or consumer goods industry Thorough understanding of cost accounting principles, methods and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Proficient in using cost accounting software and data analysis tools Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field If you're passionate about cost management and driving financial optimization, we'd love to hear from you.
