Job PurposeThe SEO and PPC Specialist is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive onlinemarketing strategy, including SEO optimization, PPC campaign management, landing pagecreation, and persuasive copywriting to enhance the company's online presence, drive traffic,and promote its cybersecurity and compliance services. This role demands a blend of analyticaland creative skills to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions across various digitalplatforms.What You Will Do in This Role• Strategyo Craft and execute SEO & PPC strategies that align with the company's business goals.o Analyze performance data to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.• Campaign Managemento Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and otherplatforms.o Monitor SEO progress and adjust tactics to improve search rankings.• Technical SEOo Conduct website audits to identify technical barriers to SEO performance.o Implement on-page optimization strategies including meta-tags, headers, and contentoptimization.• Content Developmento Collaborate on content strategy to enhance organic search visibility and PPC conversion.o Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Paid Campaign messaging aligns with OrganicContent messaging.• Digital Marketingo Oversee digital campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bidmanagement.o Utilize analytics to drive decision-making and report on campaign performance.• Landing Page Optimizationo Develop and test landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.o Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to implement best practices forconversion rate optimization.• Industry Researcho Stay abreast of the latest trends in SEO and PPC, applying insights to current strategies.o Monitor competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.• Collaborationo Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive strategy andseamless client journey.o Provide input on ad copy and content to align with overall marketing objectives.• Analytics and Reportingo Deliver regular reports on SEO & PPC performance, offering insights andrecommendations for continuous improvement.o Analyze data to understand customer behavior and refine targeting strategies.Required QualificationsEducation• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Paid Ads campaigns.• Proven track record of creating effective ad campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs.Knowledge and Skills• Strong understanding of Google & LinkedIn Ads platform, keyword research tools, andanalytics.• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Superior level of written English• Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance industry is a plus.Preferred Qualifications• Google Ads certification.• Experience with other digital marketing platforms and tools.• Prior experience in the cybersecurity or compliance industry.Working Conditions• Fully remote position• Regular virtual meetings with the marketing team and other stakeholders.• Continuous learning opportunities to stay updated with the latest digital marketingtrends.Benefits• Competitive compensation that takes skills and experience into consideration• Quarterly performance bonuses• Work from your home office, no more commuting to work• Full-time employment with 40 flexible hours per week and adjustable work/life balance.We don’t micromanage.
