Tasks and Responsibilities:
Cashier:
Prepares and issues collection/official receipts to tenants.
Releasing of cheques issued by the Head Office to its corresponding recipients.
Posting monthly collection prepared by the accounting clerk.
Responsible for the daily cash remittances/collections of the collectors.
Responsible for the opening of the cash vault whenever the bank representative comes and picks up cash for deposit.
Carry out other related tasks requested by management as the need arises

Accounting Staff: - Job description
Prepares the DCR sheets used by the collectors
Ensures that the details in the DCR are correct and updated to avoid confusion for the collectors.
Prepares and submits the daily collection report via Viber and uploads the data in the PICAS system.
Make SOAs being given to tenants.
Prepares and submit the monthly collection report.
Preparation and submission of the purchase request and Order of Payment to the Head Office.
Carry out other related tasks requested by management as the need arises.
