RESPONSIBILITIES:-Responsible with the oeverall compliance and requirements with BIR and other agencies-Review tax returns, working papers, and supporting documents prepared by staff-Oversee the distribution, monitoring of workload, and tasks assigned to tax staff-Prepares a summary of reports as required-Monitor and review the balances of tax accounts prepared by the accounting team-Liaise with government officers and external auditors in handling tax-related matters-Coordinate with other departments/teams in resolving tax concerns, inquiries, or issues.-Responsible for the overall progress and monitoring of tax assessments-Assist in the preparation and in reviewing reconciliation documents and relevant tax audits.-Review company practices and ensure that they are alligned with tax laws and regulations-Recommend process improvements, including implementation and monitoring-To perform duties and tasks as may be assigned from time to timeREQUIREMENTS-CPA Holder-At least 3 years of working experience in tax-Knowledge and updated in tax compliance, reporting is a MUST-Has experience in handling a team-Big 4 experience is a plus-Willing to work onsite in Makati
