Helps to improve training program for research associatesContributes to policy and guidelines update processes, and contributes to annual content projects on an as-needed basisHelps identify and implement possible changes to research tools on an ongoing basisSupervisory ResponsibilitiesMentor senior research associates,providing feedback and assistance in writing and editing of research reports. Perform other duties as assigned. To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:Qualifications should include required and other experience or qualifications BA/BS degree requiredAt least one year (two or more preferred) of experience in an active corporate governance research role.At least 1 year of experience of supervising research associates. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Sharepoint. Basic understanding of HTML highly desired.Willingness to learn applications used to communicate with other teams (JIRA, Slack, Outlook, MS Teams etc.).Strong time-management, problem solving and people skills.Ability to work effectively and independently.Experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching is highly desired.It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:Highly desirable but not essential language skills in the following: Italian, French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Dutch, Nordic Languages
