Davao City (Regional Coverage) Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Reports To: Vice President for Sales THE OPPORTUNITY As our Davao-Based Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our regional market expansion. You will design powerful sales strategies, command a team of technical Sales Engineers, optimize pricing for winning bids, and cultivate elite relationships with key clients and suppliers. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience:
At least 5 years of solid experience as a Sales Manager. Industry Edge: Experience in sales for water filtration, kitchen equipment, or laundry machines is highly preferred.
Education:
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree. Skillset: Exceptional strategic planning, organizing capabilities, and a fierce, goal-oriented mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Execution: Develop and implement aggressive operating plans to hit and exceed group sales volume and profitability targets. Bid & Pricing Mastery: Review selling prices strategically to maximize profit margins and win competitive commercial biddings. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a top-notch team of Sales Engineers to ensure maximum coverage of existing and potential accounts. Market Presence: Oversee local promotional and advertising activities while maintaining flawless public relations with clients and suppliers. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with corporate departments to ensure smooth credit and collection operations.
