1.1Be able to understand blueprint, drawings and written specifications. Also understand work orders, change orders, and all other carpentry related job documents.1.2Perform rough and finish carpentry to company’s standard of quality and according to the plans and specifications. Bring discrepancies and special conditions to the attention of the Lead Carpenter.1.3Be able to layout and install stud wall framing.1.4Be able to lay out and install stairs for a basement or deck using a framing square.1.5Be able to establish grades for proper drainage of flarwork and simple structures. 1.6Ability to use a transit level to establish grades and elevations.1.7Be able to install standard wall-hung cabinetry and accessories.1.8Be able to install pre-hung door units and windows.1.9Be able to install drywall and able to properly tape drywall sheathing.1.10Be able to do simple repairs in painting/staining, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and flooring.1.11Maintain a safe and clean jobsite.1.12Levels, squares, layout tools necessary for all carpentry from framing to cabinet work.1.13Perform other related jobs as assigned.
