Qualifications:- Degree in technology, software engineering or related quantitative field- More than 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in technology and/or financial industry- Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server/PostgresDB)- Experience in cloud services such as AWS (certification is a plus)- Experience with incident and problem management- Experience in programming languages such as Java and/or Python is a must have- Knowledge Snowflake is a plus- Knowledge in Business Intelligence tools (Qlik) is a plus- Proficiency with collaboration and project tools like Jira, Confluence- Good understanding or have gained experience on at least one common Enterprise Agile Framework e.g., Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM, etc. (certification is a plus)- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture, understand how the details contribute to that, and think through the cause-and-effect relationships that can create change- Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple operations/projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail- Accurate, effective, and independent working style- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work under pressure and confidently interact with business users- Excellent communication skills and customer centric approach- Very good language skills in English (written/oral)- Knowledge about private markets would be an advantage
