Mention the immediate supervisor and any direct reports if applicable.The Host Recruitment Specialist is a key contributor to our Talent Acquisition strategy, focusing on identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional host candidates. In this role, you will work closely with the business team (specifically our Live Stream Operations team) to gain insights into our client requirements and craft impactful recruitment approaches. As an individual contributor, you will report directly to our Host Recruitment Lead based in our Jakarta office.Responsibilities- Outline the specific tasks and responsibilities that the employee will be expected to perform. - Be clear & concise and use action verbs to describe each duty.- Maximum 4-5 pointsResponsibilities : - Collaborate closely with the Live Stream Operations team to understand unique host talent requirements and craft innovative and effective recruitment strategies.- Lead end-to-end host recruitment processes, which may involve unconventional sources such as social media and casting calls, from initial engagement to pre-onboarding. - Sourcing, scheduling, conducting interviews, implementing recruitment marketing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, extending offers.- Implement data tracking mechanisms to monitor and assess the performance of host recruitment efforts.- Maintain transparent and accurate communication with stakeholders, proactively sharing updates, timelines, milestones, and leveraging insights to enhance the recruitment process
