Key responsibilities of the role:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their maintenance requirements, workflows, and challenges. Translate business needs into functional specifications and SAP S/4HANA PM solutions.Design SAP S/4HANA PM module to meet business requirements. Customize and optimize the system for maintenance planning, work order management, asset management, and associated processes.Analyze current maintenance processes and suggest improvements, aligning them with SAP S/4HANA PM capabilities. Implement best practices for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.Experience in Asset Management System for Utilities (Generation, Transmission and Distribution)Hands on experience of design and execution of Asset hierarchy, asset nomenclature, Functional location, asset analytics, asset residual life and asset retirement activities.Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as procurement, finance, and logistics) to ensure seamless integration of PM processes with other SAP modules or external systems.Work independently on defining solution for complex projects or contribute to solution of a programSpecialized in a technology/domain/functional competency area and prepare a road map for the competency/T&D industry segment in form of competitive service offeringsGet involved in assignments in large programs, help in defining business and technological solutions which help customer design and implement new business processes and organization capabilities.Program management of large, complex business programs to deliver digitally enabled solutionsIdentify opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networksDraw on extensive knowledge and experience across System Integration projects to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysisExperience:Bachelor's degree holderMBA (Tier 1) or equivalent, Relevant accreditation for Utilities industry3+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management projects in Utilities industryExperience in implementing at least one End to End SAP PM Project for utility.2+ years of experience of working in Asset Management with advanced knowledge of enterprise or application systems (at least 2 of the following systems – (Asset Maintenance, GIS, Asset Analytics, Asset planning, DERMS and GIS) and minimum 1 year of experience in Asset Management Services, Asset Lifecycle Management, Predictive Analytics and Reliability Centered MaintenanceKnowledge & Skill Requirements:S4 HANA Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) both on Prem and Cloud space, as applicableProficiency in SAP S/4HANA configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.Strong understanding to Utilities value chain and associated configurations in S/4 HANAIn-depth knowledge of maintenance management principles, including preventive maintenance strategies, work order management, and shutdown planning.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and provide effective solutions.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present solutions clearly.Project management skills to handle timelines, resources, and project deliverables effectively.A continuous learning mindset to stay updated with SAP updates, new technologies, and industry trends.Good knowledge and experience in Digital & System Integration projectsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and lead global distributed teamsWould be advantageous, not mandatory:Asset Management Certifications for platforms such as SAP / IBM / Oracle / Salesforce (Would be an advantage)Experience in Field Service Mobility platformsCloud Certifications in Azure / AWS / GCP platforms
