JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With at least 1-2 years of experience in billing (order to cash)
✨ Amenable to attend interviews
✨ Willing to work on a Hybrid Set up
✨ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ ✨ Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established financial procedures.
✨ Prepare and issue customer invoices based on completed orders, verifying data accuracy and promptly resolving discrepancies.
✨ Ensure timely delivery of invoices to clients to facilitate smooth and efficient payment processing.
✨ Participate in monthly AR meetings, reviewing On-Account and Suspense Account transactions, and providing updates on outstanding items.
✨ Review and update Desktop Procedures (DTP) regularly to maintain alignment with operational standards and best practices.
✨ Perform additional accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned to support the team.
