JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With at least 1-2 years of experience in billing (order to cash)
✨ Amenable to attend interviews
✨ Willing to work on a Hybrid Set up
✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Managed end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established financial procedures.
✨Assisted in the preparation and generation of customer invoices based on completed orders, verifying data accuracy and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
✨Ensured timely and precise delivery of invoices to clients to support smooth payment processing.
✨Participated in monthly Accounts Receivable meetings to review On-Account and Suspense Account payments, providing updates and insights on outstanding items.
✨Regularly reviewed and updated Desktop Procedures (DTP) to maintain process alignment with current operational standards and best practices.
✨Other tasks may be assigned related in accounting
