Key Responsibilities
-Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of the SAP Business One system.
-Configure and customize SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Production, etc.) to meet business needs.
-Provide technical and functional support to end-users.
-Create, modify, and maintain reports and dashboards using SAP tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Query Generator).
-Conduct user training and documentation of business processes.
-Coordinate with external SAP partners or IT teams for upgrades, patches, and integrations.
-Troubleshoot system issues and ensure minimal downtime.
-Analyze and improve workflows to optimize system performance and user efficiency.
-Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
-At least 2–3 years of experience in SAP Business One implementation, support, or administration.
-Strong understanding of business processes in accounting, purchasing, sales, inventory, or production.
-Proficient in SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and SAP B1 customization tools.
-Knowledge of database management (MS SQL Server) is an advantage.
-Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
-Ability to train users and translate business requirements into system solutions.
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Can start immediately.
