IT Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the whole project, including serving as the escalation point of contact during the project life cycle. Responsible for the project timelines, scope and budget. Provide leadership and mentorship with team members for support related to project management activities, phases, tasks and others.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOperational TasksProvides and monitors project timeline and secures customer acceptance.Proposes and monitors project budget based on initial scoping conducted.When needed, approves and proposes project change order; approves implementation plan and blueprint of the project.Secures the following documentation:Training DocumentBusiness Process Requirement DocumentationConfiguration DocumentWorks closely with the internal and external Project Stakeholder to ensure project is conducted within the budget and timeline committed.Conducts the following activity during the project life cycle:TrainingBusiness ReviewConfigurationData MigrationOnsite and offsite assistanceManages critical path of the project timeline and scopeCreates, modifies and releases the ISO documentationManagerial TasksCoaches and mentors team members to ensure highest level of productivityEnsures that performance evaluation of team members is conducted efficiently and in a timely mannerWorks with team members in identifying competency gaps and collaborates with them in creating individual development planTECHNOLOGY STACKGSuiteZoho Project (Optional)Zoho Analytics (Optional)Project MethodologyAgile, WaterfallSDLCScrum (Optional)EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUNDMust have a degree in any business-related courses or any computer-related coursePreferably a Certified PMP or CMMI or CAPMPREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCEMust have at least 5 (5) years of experience in project management.Must have at least 5 (5) years of experience in implementation of IT products, services or solutions.Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role, handling a team of at least three (3) membersMust have prior experience in such industries as BPO, Telecommunications, Banking, Manufacturing and Utilities.OTHER REQUIREMENTSAmenable to work in hybrid set-upAmenable to work in Quezon City
