Project Manager, be 100% YOU

A Project Manager is expected to:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization.

This job requires strong project management skills and the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion.

Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established targets.
Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, to evaluate the potential impact and likelihood of identified risks.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish risk tolerance levels and develop risk response plans tailored to specific project objectives and constraints
Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, solicit feedback, address concerns, and manage expectations regarding project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Facilitate productive communication and resolution of conflicts or issues among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and consensus on key decisions and actions
Act as a liaison between project teams and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, regulatory agencies, and other relevant parties, to facilitate information exchange and coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as relevant regulatory requirements
Monitor project performance and quality and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

What it takes to be part of our team:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a project manager, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
managing complex projects in a non-IT environment. Preference to candidates with
marketing background (experience on email creation, social media and/or websites).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Solid organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Willing to work in the Eastern/Central US Timezone.
