IT Specialist

We are looking for an IT professional to help manage and resolve technical issues for our clients. This role focuses on in-house support, handling a variety of support tickets, and providing maintenance services for customer networks.Key Responsibilities:1. Monitor Networks & Troubleshoot IT Issues2. Backup Management3. Desktop Support: Troubleshoot and maintain desktop operating systems.4. Set up and support client applications, printers, and VPNs.5. Support Office 365 & Users: Help with Office 365 administration and assist end users with their accounts.6.
