Position: Finance Team Lead

Work Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Php26,000-Php35,000
Work Set Up: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
✨Certified Public Accountant is a plus
✨With at least 3 years Supervisory Experience
✨With at least 1 year experience in Managerial
✨Can start as soon possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to Finance team members.
✨ Prepare and review all PEZA-mandated reports and requirements.
✨ Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
✨ Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
✨ Develop, implement, and maintain finance-related internal controls, policies, and procedure
