This company continues provides exporting wiring harness instruments and components for automotives systems in different countries for 6 years of operation. Position: Purchasing Supervisor Industry: Manufacturing Company Salary: Php26,000 – Php29,000 Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift) Work Set up: Work on site Benefits: ✨ Government mandated Benefits ✨ HMO ✨ 13th month pay ✨ Vacation Leave Credits ✨ Sick Leave Credits Job Requirements: ✨ Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field. ✨At least 2 years of work experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain. ✨Professional Certifications in certified purchasing is advantage ✨ Proficient in procurement systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar). ✨Experience working with managing supplier’s relationships Job Responsibilities: ✨ Supervise and lead the purchasing team, ensuring efficient workflow, task delegation, and adherence to procurement policies. ✨ Develop, implement, and monitor purchasing strategies to improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, and overall procurement operations. ✨ Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including evaluating performance, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with contracts. ✨Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for management. ✨Resolving supplier issues, delays or discrepancies Recruitment Process: Face to Face ✨ Initial interview ✨ Final interview ✨ JOB OFFER
