Job Summary: As Telemarketer, you will be handling our local nonlife motorcar insurance account by offering our serviced and provide overall customer service.⮚ Reach out to potential clients to offer both primary (motorcar insurance) and other insurance services (other lines, life insurance, and health insurance).⮚ Generate fresh leads through various methods like cold calling, social media sniping, referrals and networking.⮚ Explain policy options, terms & conditions, coverage, premiums, and options & terms of payment to clients, ensuring they make informed decisions.⮚ Take ownership of clients’ first payments and oversee the payment process from initiation to remittance by collaborating with cross-functional team like Accounting and Collections to resolve payment issues promptly.⮚ Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks for policy issuance timely and accurately.⮚ Maintain accurate record of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in Pegasus.⮚ Make it a point to achieve his/her set goal as defined and advised by the Company from time to time.⮚ Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries in a professional, relevant, and timely manner.⮚ Perform other related duties assigned by the Management as the business direction requires.OTHER BENEFITS:> W/ COMMISSION> W/ 3K SIGNING BONUSJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php15,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per monthBenefits:Company Christmas giftCompany eventsOpportunities for promotionPaid trainingPay raiseSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:13th month salaryCommission payAbility to commute/relocate:San Juan City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
