FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan, CebuThis position is responsible for providing guest service within the Sports and Leisure facilities of the Resort in accordance with established procedures and standards for courtesy and timeliness, as well as lifeguarding duties, as necessary. This position is also responsible for the order and cleanliness of all Sports and Leisure facilities and equipment, taking into consideration the established cleanliness standards for said areas.At the beginning of the shift, checks / inspects the area(s) where he is assigned, and ensures that the area, the facility and equipment are clean, orderly and working.Prior to start of operations, checks on guest amenities and supplies in the area, to ensure that these are sufficient for the days operationResponds to guest inquiries on the sports and leisure facilities and services, making sure that information given is complete, accurate and timely.Notes down all reservations and appointments, ensuring needed information are requested from guests and recorded.Briefs guests on whatever safety instructions needed prior to performance of any activity.Performs lifeguarding duties, prioritizing life and safety of guests especially children who are staying at the pool area.Gives out towels at pool towel outlet, collects used towels, coordinates with Laundry on replenishment of these areas and maintains records as specified in established procedures.Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors Degree of Physical EducationWith 1-2 years relevant experienceWith 2 years experience in facilitating sports & leisure activitiesWith valid license as Lifeguard and First AiderExcellent interpersonal skillsCan start immediatelyAmenable to work onsite at Mactan, Cebu
