We’re Hiring a Marketplace Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about eCommerce? Join our Marketplace team as a Marketplace Specialist and help us manage and grow our presence across major online platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and more

Position Overview:

As a Marketplace Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing product data, optimizing listings, and ensuring compliance with brand and platform guidelines. You’ll play a key role in driving online sales growth and maintaining a strong brand presence across multiple marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Synchronization: Manage and sync product data between Magento and marketplaces via Sellware.
Listing Management: Create, update, and maintain product listings for accuracy and visibility.
SEO Optimization: Improve titles, descriptions, keywords, and backend attributes to enhance discoverability.

Brand & Content Management:

Build and maintain branded storefronts (e.g., Amazon Stores).
Create A+ content and enhanced product pages.
Organize product variations and ensure brand consistency.
Launch Execution: Coordinate scheduled product launches across all marketplaces.
Compliance: Ensure listings follow marketplace rules and brand guidelines for 250+ managed brands.

Requirements:

Strong computer skills and familiarity with web-based tools.
Ability to follow complex workflows and brand requirements.
Reliable transportation for on-site work (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications (a Plus):

Experience with Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, or eBay.
Experience using Sellware or Magento.
eCommerce background and project management experience.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Skills & Competencies:

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Quick learner, adaptable, and team-oriented.
