Position: Senior Sales Administrator (Php50,00 salary)
Company Industry: Construction Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Weekends Off (8:30AM to 5:30PM)
Salary: Php 50,000 (Negotiable depending on years of working experience)
Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree holder
At least 6 years of experience in:
*Preparing quotations and proposals
*Processing orders
Monthly customer monitoring and sales administration tasks
Minimum 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role
Knowledge of taxation, accounting processes, or financial reconciliation is an advantage
Willing to work onsite in Taguig
Amenable to attend face-to-face interviews

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the follow-up and collection of receivables, including client visits when required, with strong focus on aged accounts
Coordinate closely with the Finance and Accounting teams on credit management and collections
Review and prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and sales administrative updates for the Head of Finance
Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer documents, including Official Receipts and Collection Receipts
Oversee the resolution of invoicing discrepancies and conduct regular account reviews
Facilitate smooth coordination between internal departments to support efficient sales and financial operations
Guide and support the sales administration team to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
