Position: Sales Administrative Officer
Industry: Manufacturing and Distribution Company
Location: Western Bicutan, Taguig City
Salary: Php20,000 – Php25,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:30AM – 4:30PM)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨At least 2-3 years of work experience in administrative and sales role.
✨Knowledgeable in Microsoft excel, Powerpoint & MS word.
✨Willing to work fully on site.
✨Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Act as the key liaison between the NCR sales team and other departments to ensure timely and effective responses to customer needs.
✨ Keep customer records, price lists, contracts, and sales documents accurate and up-to-date.
✨ Track and analyze sales performance, preparing insightful reports for management.
✨ Support the Assistant Manager with projects and tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
✨ Prepare daily order forms and organize essential documents to keep workflows seamless.
