This role plays a critical part in building our candidate pipeline and ensuring we meet the evolving talent needs of our growing organization. Key Responsibilities Use creative and effective sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates for current and future rolesScreen candidate profiles to assess technical and cultural fitPartner with hiring managers through intake sessions to understand role requirements and hiring prioritiesEngage with relevant professional networks and communities to strengthen employer brand awarenessLeverage sourcing data and metrics to improve strategies and recruitment outcomesUtilize various tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, social media) to maximize reachAssist in scheduling interviews, assessments, and other parts of the recruitment processMaintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)Perform other related tasks as assigned Qualifications Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fieldsAt least 12 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or shared services environment
