Role Summary:
Promote and train end-users on PCC Solventum products, support sales initiatives, and drive growth within assigned territories and product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
----- Sales & Marketing
----- Achieve sales and product growth targets in assigned districts.
----- Identify, promote, and develop new and existing accounts (hospitals, clinics, labs).
----- Lead product demand-generation activities, promos, and marketing programs.
----- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings.
----- Coordinate with Technical Support and Sales teams on customer concerns.
----- Communicate and collaborate with principals and managers regarding targets and activities.
Administrative:
----- Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
----- Update sales data and participate in conventions, seminars, and business reviews.
----- Coordinate end-user issues with principals and relevant departments.
Accountabilities & Performance Measures:
----- Deliver professional education and product training (analog/digital imaging systems).
----- Meet assigned sales quotas and maintain high customer satisfaction.
----- Support sales representatives with coaching and product knowledge development.
Minimum Qualifications
----- Bachelor's in nursing (Licensed is an advantage)
----- Medical Sales Experience is an advantage.
----- Has experience in Product Presentations
----- Must be well-versed with Microsoft Office Applications.
----- Strong interpersonal and communication (both oral and written)
----- Goal-driven, high-energy self-starters with strong time management and planning skills.
----- Ability to work independently and must have the ability to persuade and influence others
