Schedule: M-F; Dayshift
Salary: PHP 50k – 60k

The Property & Procurement Management Officer will support the day-to-day management of company facilities, procurement activities, and logistics requirements. This role ensures efficient coordination of vendors, timely delivery of goods and services, and compliance with company policies and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in property, facilities and procurement roles with supervisory experience.
• Solid understanding of procurement and logistics processes and internal controls. Experience in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and courier services.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain office facilities and leased properties by coordinating with landlords and service providers for essential repairs, utilities, and general upkeep.
• Support the end-to-end procurement process by sourcing vendors, canvassing prices, and processing purchase orders while maintaining accurate supplier contracts.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure all purchasing transactions strictly follow internal policies and control procedures to maintain operational standards.
• Manage logistics for company assets and office supplies by overseeing delivery schedules, storage, and inter-office transfers with transport providers.
• Keep detailed records for asset monitoring, procurement documentation, and delivery tracking to support accurate facilities and logistics reporting.
