About the Client:
This role supports a UK-based corporate accommodation provider operating across Northwest England. The business specializes in long-term property management and rent-to-rent arrangements, supplying furnished accommodation for corporate contractors, insurance placements, and medical professionals.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Property & Lead Generation Specialist to support UK property acquisition operations. The role focuses on sourcing suitable properties, conducting landlord outreach, and qualifying leads before endorsement to management. You will serve as the first point of contact for landlords and work closely with a UK-based team.
What You’ll Do
• Source properties daily using Gumtree, Facebook Groups, Rightmove, Zoopla, SpareRoom, and OpenRent
• Identify properties that meet set criteria (3-bedroom houses, target locations, rental budget, long-term tenancy)
• Initiate landlord outreach via email, phone calls, and direct messages
• Qualify landlords and properties based on defined requirements
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily and weekly reports
• Endorse qualified property leads to management for review
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sourcing, property research, or client outreach (e.g., property sourcing, real estate VA, sales support, or similar roles)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and repetitive sourcing tasks
• Willing to work onsite or hybrid in Alabang during UK business hours
