The Opportunity:

We're not just looking for a CFO; we're seeking a Co-Founder and Investor who is passionate about building a disruptive e-commerce business and shaping its financial future. This is a unique opportunity to acquire a significant equity stake in Bids 'n' Buys and play a pivotal role in our growth trajectory.

As a Co-Founder/CFO/Investor, you will:

  1. Acquire a meaningful percentage of Bids 'n' Buys , becoming a key stakeholder in our success.
  2. Lead the financial strategy and oversee all financial operations, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  3. Design and implement the company's accounting architecture , suggesting and aligning best practices for a cutting-edge e-commerce platform.
  4. Oversee the build and/or integration of an in-house enterprise accounting system , ensuring seamless financial management and reporting.
  5. Manage and audit all accounting processes , maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
  6. Mentor and guide our team of CPA interns and administrative staff , fostering a culture of financial excellence.
  7. Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team, driving informed decision-making.
  8. Play a crucial role in securing further funding and managing investor relations.

Who You Are:

  1. A seasoned financial leader with a proven track record in startups, e-commerce, or high-growth tech companies.
  2. An entrepreneurial visionary with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
  3. An investor at heart, seeking a high-impact opportunity with significant equity potential.
  4. A strategic thinker with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
  5. A hands-on leader with experience building and managing accounting systems and processes.
  6. A mentor and coach, capable of developing and inspiring a high-performing finance team.
  7. Experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency is a plus.
  8. Familiar with the Philippine business landscape would be an added advantage.
