* In-depth understanding of medical insurance terms (e.g., deductible, coinsurance, copay)
* Excellent command of oral and written English communication
* Proficient in using cloud-based billing systems, Google Workspace, and remote collaboration platforms
* Must be self-directed, highly motivated, and demonstrate a pleasant, cooperative, assertive, yet compassionate approach in dealing with clients and team members
