Data Analyst/Validator

Job Summary / Brief OverviewThe Validator role will focus on ensuring the accuracy of the IDP documentation. An IDP is a multilingual document that allows motorists to drive legally outside of their country. The role requires the successful applicant to support the team by following a clear process to ensure the validation of IDP documentation is precise and correct. The applicant needs to be organized and detail-oriented. The role requires the applicant to detect errors at an early stage to ensure accuracy and clarity in line with the organization’s standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The position is expected to perform the following key action items:Ability to follow a clear validation process provided by the business.Ability to use an online portal to review documentation and process accordingly.Experience using authentication apps.Filtering OrdersTaking clear direction from management regarding the validation processWorking towards 100-140 validations per hourKEY COMPETENCIES:The candidate is expected to have at a minimum these levels of competencies, or should be able to demonstrate an ability to develop them within a reasonable timeframe to satisfy the role:1. Effective communications skills, both written and verbal. 2. Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. 3. High level of attention to details. 4. Ability to look at the documentation and determine if it is valid, reliable, sufficient, correct and authentic.5. Working knowledge and experience of online systems to validate documents and provide details on reporting systems6. Ability to problem solve and show initiative.7.
