Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• With experience in production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Familiar with Japanese manufacturing practices (such as Kaizen or 5S).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and monitor production schedules based on customer demand and shipment deadlines.
• Coordinate with production teams to establish priorities and allocate resources efficiently.
• Analyze demand data to generate accurate production forecasts.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are ready to meet production goals.
• Communicate production schedules and changes across departments.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.
• Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
