Job Description:

The Freight Operations Staff is responsible for managing the transportation and shipment of goods. This includes coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and resolving shipping issues.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments

· Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists, invoices)

· Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers

· Track shipments and update status in the system

· Ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations

· Assist in resolving delivery issues or delays

· Maintain accurate records and reports

· Familiarity with lodgment procedures for import and export shipments

· Ability to prepare and file necessary documents with customs and other regulatory bodies

· Understanding of customs clearance processes, duties, and taxes

· Experience using E2M (Electronic-to-Mobile) or other online customs lodgment systems (if applicable)

· Ensuring documents are accurate and complete to avoid shipment delays

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, logistics, supply chain management

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

· 1 year of Experience in logistics or freight operations is an advantage

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation

· Computer literacy (MS Office, logistics software)
