Are you a seasoned legal professional with a passion for the real estate industry? Primehomes Real Estate Dev. Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Legal and Compliance Division.

Position Title: Legal and Compliance Head

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the legal and compliance division, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the organization's interests.
  3. Oversee compliance programs to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  4. Provide legal advice on corporate governance, contracts, mergers & acquisitions, and other business matters.
  5. Ensure the organization is up to date with local and international regulatory changes.
  6. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  8. Oversee internal investigations and audits related to compliance and legal matters.
  9. Educate employees on legal and regulatory compliance issues through training programs.
  10. Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolution processes.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from a qualified law school.
  • Authorized to practice law in the Philippines.
  • At least 4-5 years of corporate law experience with a specialty in real estate.
  • Sound knowledge of corporate governance, contract law, and real estate transactions.
  • Sound negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence of work and ability to work as a team.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail and high accuracy.
