Our inherent sense of Filipino hospitality gives us a distinct edge in promptly and appropriately satisfying and exceeding such needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Makati. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our properties. This includes overseeing building operations, managing facility budgets, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships and implementing sustainable practices.QualificationsExperience in facilities management, property operations, or a related fieldKnowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasksExperience in vendor management and contract negotiationProficiency in relevant software and technologyCertifications in facilities management or related fields are a plusBachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related fieldLocation: OrtigasSalary: Php 60,775.31 Basic Pay + 10,000.00 AllowanceWorking Schedule: Mondays - Fridays (8am-5pm) and Saturdays (8am-12nn)TASKS, FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning building maintenance and operational programsManaging all vendor contractsEnsuring efficiency of all building systemsCoordinating site safety programsPreparing operating reports and budgetsMaintaining a safe work environment for all employeesEnsuring all processes and compliance programs are metManaging facilities planning and space allocationPreparing cost estimates for moves and equipmentCoordinating with department heads and building contractorsManaging maintenance of groundsEnsuring all utility systems are inspected and in accordance with regulationNegotiating bids and contracts for third party workersCoordinating building security and maintenance servicesManaging and supervising all facilities personnelOverseeing all building functionsCoordinating all maintenance issues and schedulesPreparing and filing reports with government and regulatory authorities including environmental permittingPerform other duties related to task as assignedA. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required.B. WORK EXPERIENCE:Licensed EngineerMust have a minimum of 4– years related work experience in Engineering industry, Building Construction, Construction Management, Construction Drawing Plan, Bill of Quantities, Property Management, with plus factor on HVAC maintenance and repair.C. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENT: Proficient computer skills including the use of MS Office, Outlook, AUTOCAD, Excel, Internet, and multiple types of project schedulingSafety ManagementField Facilities ManagementC.2.
