Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨At least 2-3 years of work experience in marketing operations and management role.
✨At least 1-2 years of work experience in home appliances industry
✨Willing to attend face to face interview
✨Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Lead and manage the Retail Coordinator (RC) team, ensuring proper execution of retail standards and initiatives.
✨ Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies including displays, modules, and presentations to attract customers and promote products.
✨ Evaluate and audit retail modules, displays, and POP materials, tracking effectiveness, performance, and compliance, and driving corrective actions.
✨ Manage POP materials and freebies, including requests, distribution, monitoring, and inventory control.
✨ Oversee store exhibit operations, handling ingress, execution, and egress of store setups and special displays.
