Marketing Associate

- Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status.- Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies. - Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.- Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.- Develop potential customers to acquire new clients and expand the market to achieve sales target.- Regularly visit distribution customers to maintain stable customer relationship.- Responsible for domestic business contacts and order processing.- Responsible for product quotation and product display, and handle account recovery related matters.- Responsible for business development, communication and presentation of the company’s products.- Conduct product marketing, product feature analysis, and provide product purchase advice.- Provide after-sales service, deal with the problems of the client, and give perfect treatment.- Be aware of the abnormal situation of customer transactions and be responsible for handling customer complaints.REQUIREMENTS ARE:- A Bachelor's or associate degree in Sales and Marketing or any Business- Administration related field.- Knowledgeable in Computer products is an advantage.- Experience in on-line sales and Marketing is a plus.- Good computer skills (MS Office).- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.- The ability to multitask and quickly switch focus.- Good team development, leadership skills and problem-solving skills.- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.- Willing to be assigned in Las Piñas City.
