REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
-Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese applicants who can speak conversational Mandarin and effectively communicate with Chinese customers.
-Can speak English and Tagalog.
-Holds a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
-Knowledgeable in luxury retail and sales techniques.
-Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
-Shows excellent organizational abilities and a willingness to learn.
-Proactive, motivated, and results-driven.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
-Welcome all clients and provide exceptional service for every visit or inquiry.
-Manage the full sales process, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
-Support store targets and service KPIs.
-Record client information for CRM and follow-up activities.
