REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Filipino or Filipino Chinese who is proficient in both Mandarin and English (oral and written)
- Open to Foreign nationals with or without a permanent visa
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate of any course (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint; Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Experience as a desktop publishing operator or document specialist is an advantage, but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Produces, re-creates, edits, and lays out business presentations and documents using MS Office applications.
- Translates content from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
- Performs page-by-page quality check (red check) to ensure document or presentation is error-free
- Documents job progress to ensure that handover jobs are completed accurately
- Communicate with clients if there are clarifications about their request
